Can a green card holder petition her husband?
If I get married after 1 year stay in the US, and I married an Alien. And my husband is not in the US. Can I petition hi? How many months or years does it take to be approved?

Your question does not make any sense. What I understand is that you want to marry someone to obtain a green card and then sponsor your husband who resides in some other country, is that right?Originally posted by joneth View Post
