I am helping my Mother in law bring her daughter here. Her I-130 was Just approved and Now it is in the NVC. Just paid the $88 Fee and completed the DS3032.
Silly Me thought once the 130 was approved we were done except for the fingerprints and doctor Did not realize we now wait for a Visa.
So the question is She turns 21 in June. Does that mean all of this was for nothing and we have to start over. or are we ok. I saw one thing that said as long as her mother is the Sponser she is ok. But She is not the sponser I am. I am a Citizen and my mother in law has a green card.
Any answers you may have would be greatly appreciated.
