**applying for I-485 thru I-130 with approved I-140.
what can you suggest? hire a lawyer or process it myself. m really into debating into hiring a lawyer or not.
i've been here in the US since 2007 on working visa. I got an approved I-140 (immigrant petition for alien worker). But this petition takes forever. So my future spouse wants to petition me (I-130) so that we can live in together after we get married inorder for me to get a working permit so that i can move to his place.
I am not sure if my case is complicated that I really need to hire a lawyer. please help. thank you
