Hello,

I have a conditional Green Card and I have to file form I-751 in a month or so.

Me and my spouse are married but my spouse has changed her legal name back to her maiden name in the last year.

How does this impact my I-751? Should we see an attorney for advise?

I was thinking that form I-751 is pretty simple and our situation is not straightforward so I can file the I-751 myself with the supporting documentation.

Using her maiden-name is fine--and you can file.
