h1b to f1 to EAD?

Okay so heres the complicated one.
@I am in USA on H1B visa CURRENTLY since 3 years
@I got into BSchool (MBA) as an international applicant for Fall 2011
@Me and my girlfriend(US Cit) are planning to get married in couple of months
@I have to start my School in fall. What is the best way to do this?
@Should I go on F1 first and then file for GC or Can I attend university while the GC process is rolling? (not worried about aid n stuff right now)

I have 2.5 months before starting school.

Really confused as to how to approach this situation. Lot of things happening at the same time!!

Attending school while on work visa is commonplace (yes, it is possible to study fulltime and work fulltime simultaneously)--but this is the simplest (albeit not easiest) way to do #4. (note: you may get clobbered for non-resident tuition--this depends on the state and institution).

So to answer #5: you don't need to go on F-1 at all, and yes you can attend school while the GC is being processed.
