I filed for asylum four years ago and I have been referred to the immigration court for removal proceedings schedulled for 2013. My wife and I are divorced because she cliamed she heard rumors that I have a girl friend over here in the US and there are no signs that she will see me anytime soon, which I know is true. My girl friend here is pregnant right now and if I dont marry her, she might put me on child support. we will get married this June. Would it be Ok for me to adjust my status when we get married and withdraw the asylum or I should wait for the asylum? If I have to adjust by marriage how long can it take to have the temporal green card.

In your situation, you cannot do immigration application by yourself anymore since you have been schedule for court; you definitely need lawyers help! Good luck.
