help required to fill up G325 a form

hi,

i am filling g 325 a form for biographic information. In which one section is "Applican't residence last five years".

I am H1 B holder and married to USC girl and we both are living in different state at present due to job. My stay details are as below:

March 11 - present - i am in CA
prior to that i was in india for 8 months
prior to that i was in Connecticut for 6 months

Do i need to mention my spouse address to specify that we both are living together but because of job we are staying in different state.

Please advice.
