Hi all,
My mother filled the I-130 form for me and sent it to the immigration department about one week ago. How long should i wait to get the case number?

By the way, i am 30 years old, not married and my mother is a US citizen.

No clue! A week, two or three! It will happen soon or later! Just wait or consult the www.uscis.gov and check the processing time.
Anyway, you are over 21, and what is your status? All that matters. If you are over age, you have a long wait ( visa number) depending of where you came from, and if you are out status, I am not sure what is going to happen. Think about these questions, may be someone can help you better. Wish you the best.
