Hello friends, I needed some help on filling out the I-864 (affidavit of support). Im just a bit confused as to what category I would fall under. My wife filed a 1-130 for her parents and everything has been approved and they are waiting on the I-864. We have both filed joint tax returns. So my question is:
1. Do we need to fill out I-864 as her being the sponsor and include me under additional members of the family as a spouse?
2. If we do include me on the income, do I need to file a separate I-864A?
Also, I own my own business but my wife is not under the llc so I would need to include my Schedule E with the I-864a?
