Marriage to non US citizen

Hi,
I am a US citizen and marrying a non US citizen in August in India. We know each other for a year, and will have both engagement and wedding around the same time. My fiancee has B1/B2 visa with multiple entry till 2016 and currently in India. What is the best option we have, to get my fiancee to US? Couple of options suggested were -
1) Get married, return to US and apply for spouse - K 3 or GC.
2) Get married, fiancee comes to US with B1/B2 visa and adjust status.

And to help/complicate more, my fiancee's company is planning to send to US for a project.

Please help!!

Other options

(3) K-1 fiance visa, marry in US, and adjust status. Do only engagement at this time (with a prominent sign saying "Betrothal").
(4) let him come on project (probably H1-b?) and marry after he arrives (H1-b allows dual-intent) and adjust status after

P.S. I did #3; engagement 2005/05/23 in Chennai, K-1 petition started after I returned to US (I was only naturalised 2005/04/25), fiancee entered (on K-1) 2006/04/05, marriage done 2006/04/15 (in Novi, MI), AOS filed and she got GC 2006/10/13 (and that was with RFE about her birth-certificate), she's now naturalised USC (completed 2010/03/18)
