Help in filing i 765 EAD

My wife is US citizen and we are planning to file GC forms I 485, I130 along with I 765.

I have two queries
1) i am on H1 B and i want to file I 765 (EAD) along with GC process. If i get EAD in 90 days, can my H1-B status invalidated? can i have H1 and EAD together?

2) When I fill up form, one question is to submit form at which USCIS office? Since i am on category (c)(9) (which filing i765 witg i485), which office i should write here?
