So i'm starting to fill out the paper work for my GC application, my wife is a us citizen, we were married 2 months ago, however i'm confused as to what papers i need, i was wondering if there is any checklist of what forms i need to file and what paperwork i need, i know about i130,i485 and g325a for each of us, but is there an organized list of what papers i need?

I will give you a very important advice. Do not look at the money and hire a lawyer. Laws have changed and lawyers know exactly what you need to get.Also immigration officers behave better at the interview if a lawyer is present.

I believe you should wait 90 days after being married before you can apply! This is my opinion!
Seyahmed777 is right, get a lawyer for your first step with immigration!!! Forum helps a lot, but a wrong help can harm you!!! Good luck.
