I 693 form help

Hi,

I am married to USC girl and we will be filing for GC.

Due to work we both are in different states. In various forms we have put her address as primary address. For I 693 form we need to get medical examination report from USCIS certified civil surgeon. Can i get this form filled up by the certified doctor who comes under my county? or i have to go to my spouse place and get it done from there?

Please advice.
