Hi I will soon be applying for my mother's greencard. My husband and I both work. I work part time and make more than $30,000 per year. My husband is in IT and makes 90k plus. can i use I-864Z only instead of using I-864 for my mother's greencard. if yes then I can apply I-485 together with I-130 as my mother is in usa right now as visitor.
