I'm a U.S. citizen. I recently sponsored my Mom for GC and she is a permanent resident now. I want to apply GC for my brother. I understand that either I can sponsor my brother ormy Mom can sponsor my brother. My brother is above 21 years of age. Which of these two options is a faster way to get the GC for my brother?
