Timeframe after paying Affadavit of Support fee?

My husband and I are in the process of getting a green card for my MIL. We have just received notification from the NVC that we need to pay the affadavit of support fee. So far the process has been moving fairly quickly. We understand that there is no set time that this process might take, but does anyone else who has been through this process have some sort of idea how long it will take from this point for her to get the green card? Thanks.

You need to see the "Visa Bulletin" which is published every month. Look for your PRIORITY DATE in the category which applies to you in the bulletin and you will see what month/year cases are under process at present.
