Green card production in Texas service center

Hello,
My mom had arrived in US on 18th may 2011 on imigration visa still she didnt recieved her green card. she got her ssn and state id etc. only pending is GC card. how much time does it take usually in TSC for GC production. Online case still shows me initial review. She has her A# etc. but no actual plastic Green card.

Any one still waiting on Plastic card from TSC.

On July 15, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Now how long does it take them to mail and get card in hand!!!

We got actual GC in mail today morning....
