Hi All,
My wife (who is a USC) is filling I-130 for me. My question is;
For Part C-#14: What should she mention under "If your relative is currently in the U.S, complete the following: He or she arrived as a: (student or temporary worker).

Little background about me (beneficiary)- I first arrived in US on F1 visa (student back in 2005) and currently working on H1-B Visa (temporary worker). I went to India in December'2010 to get my H1-B visa stamped.

Should she write as "Student" or "Worker/temporary worker"Thanks in advance for reading my post and relying.
