Got Married after I-130 approved

Sister who is US Citizen sponsored in F4 Category in 2008. My I-130 got approved in 2009.

Now I am married with 1 kid. How do I add wife and kid to GC application.

Will they get GC at the same time as I will?

Please help.

Adding spouse and son

Send a copy of your marriage certificate and copy of birth certificate of your child to NVC with a letter explaining that you got married and would like to add spouse and child as derivative beneficiary's.

You don't need to do anything. Just wait till your priority date is current. You will have an opportunity to add her name and kid/s names than.
