Hello,

I am looking for information to apply Green Card for my sister and BIL, who are in USA on L1-visa.
Do I need to apply for I-130, wait until it is approved and then apply for I-485?
Can I apply for I-130 and I_485 concurrently or just apply for I-485 directly.
Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Just file one I-130 for your sister along with the filing fees and proof of relationship. Current wait time is around 11 years. Once the PD is current and a visa number is available (avg 11 years) you can file I-485 along with other required forms.
