Your parents have some issues that make them inadmissible. Consult a good immigration lawyer to find out your options.

      Urgent Assistance

      Good Day,

I am a first timer i was looking though trying to find similar cases to mine but i was not finding anything fully so i decided to post my question.

Status F4 (I am son of beneficiary)
Recently sent in DS230 along with AOS
My sisters has age out however we still sent in their paperwork seeing that we payed for it already along with their kids... I however qualified under CSPA...
The issue is now when i log into the https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC where u track payment i see that they have added my sisters kids to it... even though she is not on the case anymore. Can anyone clarify why is this the case also any idea how long it will take after the processing of the DS230 and AOS for us to receive and interview and medical?? PD June 2001... Any assistance greatly appreciated

Since the derivative beneficiary (your sister) aged out (not qualified) her children will not also qualify. Do not pay for them. If you already paid request for refund. VB for f4 as of Aug 2011 is Apr 8, 2000 so you more than 1 year to wait if VB moves 1 month per month. When did you receive the request for DS230/AOS ?
