Question for Senior members re: I-130

Hello Seniors, I have read a lot of threads and went to the USCIS website, however, I am very confused. I am a US citizen and need to apply for my mother. I need to start with I-130 application, but do I need another form with the application? Like I-485?

I would appreciate if someone could walk me through.

I-485 should be filed if your mother is present here in US. For forms and instructions, simply go to the USCIS website and fill them and file with appropriate fees.
