CSPA Please Help !

Hey guys i have done some calculations for CSPA ... need you guys to have a look and let me know if i am correct ! It would be a great help and relief for the same . The calculations are as below :

family based F4 preference category
priority date: Jan 26th 1998

1. Child's Date of birth: January 10th 1988

2. Receipt Date of Petition Filed: February 19th 1998

3. Date the Form I-130 was approved: September 28th 1998

4. Length of time the Form I-130 was pending: ie (January 26th 1998 to September 28th 1998) 8 Months and 3 Days

5. Date the petition became current (by looking at the Department of State Visa Bulletin): March 1st 2009

6. Date the visa became available (later of #3 or #5): March 1st 2009

7. Age of son/daughter on date visa became available: (#6 minus #1)= 21 Yrs 13 Mths 20 days

8. Age of son/daughter for CSPA purposes (i.e. age at time visa became available minus length of time petition was pending (#7 minus #4): 20 Yrs 5 Mths 17 days

........................ So according to the above manual calculations I am still eligible as per CSPA . !

Assuming your computation in # 7 and #4 is correct you would have been 21 yrs (not 20 yrs) 5 months & 17 days old when visa became available. You are NOT eligible for CSPA.
