Green Card Application for my Sister

I plan to apply for my sister, who lives in India, for a green card. I am a US citizen and am over 21 years old.

My sister has a ten-year vistior visa since last year and has traveled once to the US last year. She is coming for six months in October to the US for a visit.

My question is once I file the Petition for her, would she be able to visit us on her visitor's visa. Would we have problems getting a visitor visa for her after 8 years, when this ten-year visa expires.

I-130 is just a first step ( to prove relationship between you and your sibling). It doesn't give any benefits! I don't see any problem and connection between the visa and the filing! Also as US sibling the waiting time to get visa will be approximately between 7 to 22 years! Keep looking may be someone can give you more details! All the best for you.
