I am a permanent resident, can apply for citizenship in july 2012.
Should i apply for my spouse (I-130) for f2a visa now and upgrade the application once i become citizen ?
or just wait for citizenship and then apply for spouse visa?
which one is faster?

from what i've heard and understanding is that it would be much faster if you are a citizen and apply for you spouse. Hope this is hopefully.

if due for citizen on july 2012 process of citizen takes 6 months to complete my wife has applied for it and so i am telling u... u better apply now and then if u get citizen apply for update his status atleast this way her document get submitted ... that what i think

how many months does i130 approval takes for a citizen vs a green card holder?
and after upgrade how many months should my spouse wait for getting a us visa/greencard?
would appreciate if someone can explain on the timeline of events
