  • I-864 Sponsor's household size

I have sent out all of my application (I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-864) around 7/1/2011 and received an Request For Initial Evidence (I-485) from USCIS around 7/20/2011.

My husband and my father-in-law are sponsor me but when I sent the I-864, I included my mother-in-law and sister-in-law in the household size... now that there is a total of 5 people in the household size and the correct size should be 3.

My question is that should I sent another correct form (I-864) to USCIS or just give them all the initial evidence that they requested?

Because the letter did said that "Based on the documents submitted with Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioner/sponsor and household member(s), the income did not meet 125% (100%) of the federal poverty line for the petitioner/sponsor's household size."

But my husband's and my father-in-law's income together are around $53,000 and the 125% of Poverty line for 5 people is $32,712. So I don't understand why the letter would said that?

I would like some suggestion, thank you!

Send in the requested evidence; that is what they asked! USCIS does stuff like that sometimes! Good luck.
