Dropped from F2A to F2B

F2A Priority Date: March 21,2001 dropped to F2B i suppose because i aged out, I'm already 27

My Priority Date was Current on September, October, November 2010 and will be current this September 2011 still my petitioner and I still didn't receive and Notice of Action from USCIS or Form I-797 can anyone help me?

Are you from the Phils.? Depending on how long it took USCIS to approve your petition you might have qualified for CSPA. Anyway your PD for F2B Phils is almost current so you should have received request for affid of support, legal docs, etc. and you should have been scheduled already for interview.
