Hi,
I have a few questions regarding for my step-mom.
I came here with DV Lottery and now I am a citizen.
When the data were filled, I used my biological parents name who were both passed away in 1982 and 1999. I didn't use my step-mom's name.
Now I want to file a petition I-130 for my step-mom. Will that be ok?
I am fear that I didn't fill up her name as my mom.
My dad married her while I was 9. Actually she is my aunt.
