My husband and I went to our interview with an immigration officer today.
the officer asked my husband basic questions the norm.. when was your last entry to the US, have you ever been arrested, are you a member of a terr...group...etc.
Then said that he will review our case in the next day or so.. and we will be notified by mail of a decision. WHAT!! I thought the immigration officer told you YES or NO.. and stamped your passport with temporary green card if approved... He went on to say that we could not travel until a decison was made. I told my husband not to worry.. that I think it's just procedure.. but I don't know. Should I be worried? He is here on a K-3 Visa, and we have 2 children together.
