The cut off date for F4 says Jan 2002 is the priority date being processed, but the visa date says apr 2000 is being processed..why the diff?

Where did you see F4 Jan 2002 cut-off? The current PD for F4 per visa bulletin for Sept 2011 is 4/15/2000 meaning only those having PDs before 4/15/2000 will be given visa.Originally posted by jeetsing83 View Post"TO GOD BE THE GLORY"

I really need to know this...
Does this mean that I f I as U.S citizen apply right now for my sister to become permanent resident and her PD is 09/09/2011, she will have to wait at least 11 YEARS for a visa number????
