us immigration for my daughter

i was married to a us citizen in 1989 and the person whom i got married concealed that he was married before and had children.after my marriage to him i came to know that he is 21 years older to me and he was married before and have two children, he has been abusing me since the day one of our marriage physically as well as mentally and he came twice to india after my marriage and finally he sponsored me and i went to usa on conditional green card in 1990,there i have seen his ex wife with the two children in the house and he has taken my passport,certificates and all other documents and my valuables like gold jewellery etc which i have got from india and he started abusing me with filthy language and started torturing me physically and mentally to accept and live in that house with others and do all the household chores and unable to bear his harrasment i have taken overdosage of pills in the library of newjersey where he used to leave me everyday as he doesnot want me stay at home,he used to take me in his car from his garage to library and no witness for my stay in usa to tell that i lived in his house and i was in hospital from the library directly and the hospital people called him for medical insurance as i told the hospital staff about his name and telephone number,i was in the icu where he came and started threatening me and my family if revealed anything about him,the next day he has sent a court summon stating for annulment on the basis of immigration,that i came to usa and was not living with him since i came to usa,whereas i was living with him and i became pregnant with him only,but one of the doctors who was an indian they referred me to a shelter where i started staying and once again he found out where i was shopping with my shelter mates and he has taken me to canada from usa and stayed there for few days and there are no witnesses again for this also as no one has seen me with him except the hotel staff in canada,and i became pregnant and i have revealed all this to my lawyer but nothing has happenend and i was fed up living like a destitute and as i wanted to leave usa as he has made me scapegoat for his uses i left the country on 3rd november 1990 after signing the final decree agreement in return of my return airticket to india with an expenses of $50 for signing the document,i took the ticket as well as the money before hearing the decree i came back to india and my daughter was born on 2nd april 1991 in india and he came and had seen my daughter and he told my people that in india he is still my husband and he can take me usa and did the same in sept 1992 minus my daughter again as he was having my passport and the entries were done in my passport stating that within 90 days of entry he has to file again something exactly i do not know as my daughter is in india i came back to india in 4 days of stay and after that he has been avoiding to sponsor my daughter saying that if he accepts then he will be facing problems and now my daughter is 20 year old, he is in touch with us but does not want to sponsor her as his daughter or help her to study postgraduation in usa,kindly hep me why is he not sponsoring my daughter for immigration,what is that he is frightened for and this happenend in new jersey,usa and he is living in california and i am living in india with my daughter since 1990,is she eligible for us passport or she has to file for green card on her own,kindly guide us in this regard

Is your husband's name on your daughters birth cert ? If so try bringing it to the US embassy in your country and ask the embassy staff what you can do to get a US passport for your daughter. Good luck.
