Having already a 10 year non-Immigrant visa and filing I-130

I so hope somebody help with som correct information about this topic.
Iam a US Citizen and want to apply for my sister and her family to become permanent resident.
She already has a 10 year Visitors Visa. I want to know what happens to hes Visa after filing the I-130, would she be able to still travel in and out USA while her case is pending with her Old non-immigrant visa or will they take it from her???????
