I submitted the application in march. The NVC have just yesterday entered the application into their system. I'm waiting for the request for the affidavit of support etc. My mother in the UK hasn't been contacted yet.
Questions......
How long before we are contacted by the NVC?
How long before an interview in London?
After the interview how long before she gets the green card?
I'm pregnant and would desperately love my mother to be with me when the baby is born. I'm due at the beginning of November. Any chance the green card could be given by then?
If not, is she allowed to travel here while the I-130 is in process? Could she complete the application process within the USA?
