Travel to US prior to I-130 approval

I applied three months ago for my wife who is a British citizen currently working in the UK. I would like her to visit for two weeks next month. Being a British citizen she can travel to the US without a visa. Is she allowed to visit the US for two weeks and go back during the time we are waiting for approval?

Parents GC

Hi,

I just got the Citizenship and am applying for my parents GC. They are in India.

Their Visitors Visa previously got rejected as both their children are in the US.

My question is now that I am applying for their GC, Can they visit the US after I have applied the GC and before their GC comes ?

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

They can try applying for a visitor's visa but chances of denial are even higher now that they are under petition. Anyway petitions for parents don't take long... usually within 6 months to 1 year only. So they can just wait for your petition to come through.
