I am a USC, petitioning for my wife, who is a Vietnamese citizen.
We have been living together in Vietnam for four years. Should I write my current address or the address of my US residence?
Also, I am concerned about what to write for my wife's address. Our neighborhood police have repeatedly refused to issue her a certificate confirming that she lives in our house, so we have no documents to prove that she occupies the same residence as me. However, she is legally registered as a resident of her family's house, so it would be easy for her to provide documentation of this. What should I do?
