iv fee paid but relationship is wrong in the invoice page

we receaved the aos and iv visa processing fee bill and paid but on the online payment link,after login,the invoice page shows my husband's relationship with me as my child.i am the primary beneficiary.when contacted nvc they said they have correct information in their system.i don't understand how come this happened because nvc issues aos and iv processing fee bill.and the operator said that they dont know about the onine payment website.
please help,is there any need to do something in this relation like correting the relationship or just rely on nvc operator if he says that they have right relationship in their system.will this create any problem in future

Only people who can correct this is NVC and it is their system. You will have to keep contacting them until you get to speak to the right person who can correct it.

Otherwise, keep continuing with the process and deal with this matter at the time of interview with the U.S. embassy/consulate and explain how you attempted to get this corrected with the NVC numerious times (keep record).

Try sending an email to NVC ([email protected]) regarding your concern. The info must be corrected in their system.
