Hi all,
I have filed for a concurrent I-130 and I-485 for my mother. She has done biometrics already. Now we have received a notice for an interview.
We would like to cancel the the entire green card process (I-485 and I-130) now for some family reasons. Please help with the following questions:
Q1. My mother has 10 year multiple entry tourist visa stamp. If we cancel the AOS application, would it be a problem for her to visit US again on the tourist visa (10 year) that she already has.??
Q2. What's the process in cancelling both I-130 and I-485? I heard you write a letter to USCIS to cancel. Do we both have to cancel I-130 and I-485 or just cancelling I-485 enough??
Q3. Would this cause problems in future, if we decided to file I-485 again??
Q4. Could somebody refer me to immigration attorney for these questions??
