Well she is 85 and only the docto's panel will be really able conclude her health situattion but she will need a health insurance for sure that can be very costly on her age! If I was you I would start looking for the Insurance ASAP because you will need to provide at her interview! A senior member probably will be able to assist you better with this type of information!Comment

Yes, more likely you will have to buy it when your I -130 get approved but keep in mind that will cost you a great amount of money!!
