Can my daughter apply for my husband. He was a CSS applicant. Came here before nov,1981 with EWi. Then again went back and came in 87 with EWi. His CSS/LIFE and AAo all get denied.But he also went back home in 1989 and came(B-2 visa) through NY. But he lost his paasport with I-94. And he never mentioned about his 1989(B-2 visa) in his CSS/LIFE or AAO appalication.Now can he apply for his I-94.And his daughter can apply for him with his I-94 or it is not possible bcause he never mentioned about his 1989(F-2 visa)??? Can he give some kind of Waiver about his not mentioning the teh B-2????I ahve my Greencard. Can some way I can also apply for him.Please advice????Thanks

Your husband's case gets a little confusing/complicated as he MAY qualify for the LIFE ACT, but the key is that a petition was filed file for him on or before 04/30/2001.
