Person with greencard to file greencard for his spouse

Hi,

I would like to share that if I have Greencard but I am not citizen of USA and I reside in India along with my wife who has visitor visa of USA.

My question here is that:
Is there any way that I can file Greencard for my wife from India?

How much time can it take?

and within this process of filing can she enter United States as a visitor as she already has visitor visa ending on her passport?

please let me know if anyone has knowledge about this matter. Any proper suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have a green card, how can you be living in India? Green card means permanent resident of the U.S.

You will have to apply for her green card from the U.S.

Even though she can travel to the U.S. on visitors visa, she can't stay for long.

Her green card petition will take around 4 to 5 years.
