Please Help - Interesting case

Dear All,

I have talked with several lawyers but curious if anyone has a similar experience or has a solution to my situation.

- Me and my wife got Green Cards in 2004 via my employment.

- We have US Citizen daughter, born in 2003.

- We moved back to home country in 2005.

- I have traveled back-n-forth for my business and have maintained valid Green Card status since then and I am currently in the United States.

- I have been paying my taxes, have a bank account, have sole ownership company that's doing well in US.

- My wife hasn't been back for more than 2 years.

- We had another baby in 2009 and he hasn't been to US, he is now 2.5 years old.

- How can we all come back to US is the main question.

- Is there anything I should do for them while I am here?

- I have the option to not go back if there is any process for them to come within 4-8 months.

Your help is much appreciated.

Your wife has lost green card and your second child doesn't have any green card.

You could petition for both of them but that would take another 4-5 years at the least.
