    Important Question regarding filing I130 for sibling

    If I file I 130 for my unmarried sibling above 21 yr
    1. will they be able to come on student, h1 , visitor visa in the future when i 130 still pending
    2. If they are to get married in USA with I 130, will there be any problem immigrating at that time

    1) No..No problem in getting visitor visa. He just has to convince visa officer that he has intention to come bac
    2)no issues.

      1. H and L visa are fine. There would be a problem in getting student or visitor visa though.
