I received the green card in Aug 30th 2010
I got married in Feb 2009,
My spouse came to US in Oct 2009 on a H1 Visa
I did NOT add my sopuse's name to my appllication before getting my Green Card.
I heard that we can apply 'Follow to Join' process for my spouse to obtain Family based green card. I am little confused about the priority dates in the VISA Bulletin under F2A category.
For November 2011 Bulletin , It shows '15th Feb 2009', Do I need to refer this to my Green Card approval date (i.e. Aug 30th 2010) or Do I need to refer this to my LC Priority date (i.e Jan 26th 2006).
I also noticed, if the date of marriage occurs before my Green Card's approval, we can immediately apply for my sopuse green card without waiting for any VISA numbers available.
