When do I send DS-230?

Hi!

I have filed I-130 for my parents from California. I got the application approval notice and paid all the fees - Immigrant Visa processing fee (~$404) and Affidavit of Support Fee (~80). Now my questions are:

1. When do I send DS-230? Should I wait for a letter from NVC or just send it when I'm ready?
2. I have all the original civil documents that I need to send along with DS-230. Do I need to send my (petitioner) originals (DOB+Marriage+Proof of Naturalization) also?
3. How long will it take for the interview once I submit all the DS-230 paper work?

Dear Gill Ji,

You are not following NVC directions. In the second letter, in which your are asked to visa fee of $404, NVC also ask you to submit the requested documents , these docs include DS230 and other certificates. Login to NVC website where you have made the e-payments, follow the directions from there. Make sure to print the cover page from there when you send you docs.

You can send DS-230 after you have paid the VISA fee.

Petitioner's Orignal: DOB + Marraige Certs.
Photo Copy of Certificate of Citizenship.
Look for the Document list you need to send on the NVC website.



3. How long will it take for the interview once I submit all the DS-230 paper work?

Once NVC has all the Doc's, Interview will be scheduled within 2-3 months
