Choice of Agent address fee paid June 2010
I was paroled in 2006 under the LULAC program to continue the process of AOS but I was not approved. I have since waited for my spouse green card to come thru so I can file. The EAD card expired in 2007 so I have over stay based on this are there any other documents I will need to include when filling my AOS under my spouse. Please note spouse is a green card holder and my PD is current.
Also I needed confirmation with regards to the fee it says if you are filling form I485 then you can include (765 EAD & 131 Travel doc) at no additional fee. 485 form fee is $1070 ( 985 app fee plus 85 Finger printing fee). Please confirm do I need to pay separate fee for EAD & Travel app fee if I file all forms together?
