Father relationship on petition problem. Please HELP!

This is my case. I am a child of a US Citizen (My father) and he is petitioning me under the IR-2 category. (Unmarried, under 21) I've been to the U.S. before but I abandoned my Green Card status since I overstayed abroad. Anyways, I was born out wedlock (parents not married at the time of my birth) but last 2007 they got married. (I'm under 18 on 2007) Now, I'm still using my Mother's last name since I never did any change of surname yet and also that was the name I used on my previous Green Card (Mc Kevin Solis), my question is if my Dad filed me using my out of wedlock name (Mc Kevin Solis) , even though he is now married, will the NVC have any doubts about it? I was thinking I've been thorugh relationship checkig before with my previous geeen card maybe it will somewhat help.

My birth certificate shows my Dad's name in it.

Please help me! I'm so confused I can't focus in my studying due to extreme worry!

My grandma petitioned for my dad and I was able to go with my dad that time . My category on my green card says f12..

No need to worry. Just submit whatever documents are required. They will tell you if your documents are enough or if you need to submit others to show proof of relationship. Good luck.
