Applying for greencard from India.

I am planning to apply for family based green card from India. My daughter and son in law are US citizens. I need information regarding applying for family based Green card from India. I live in Bangalore and have a valid US tourist visa. Please help. How much of time it will take and will it be easy to get the Green card by applying from US.
