I'm from Canada. My son went to visit his dad in Florida last June and he decided to stay there, probably permanently. He is now attending High School in Florida since September. As his dad is US citizen, my son applied for his green card in order to get his permanent citizenship. While waiting for the Green Card to be delivered, is he allowed to come and visit me in Canada for Christmas? Thank you in advance.
