Removal of Condition I 751

Hi, I got a RFE for I 751 - Removal of Condition from GC. I got it through my wife, she is a USC.
I am submitting the followin documents:

1. Lease Documents for our apartment
2. Mortgage Documents of our recently purchased house
3. Auto Insurance Document
4. Car Loan Document
5. Statement of Join Bank Account
6. Home Owner Association bill for 5 months
7. Telephone Bill for 5 months
8. Joint Tax Docouments for last 2 yrs.
9. Vacation Pictures
10. Property Tax Bill with both our names on it.

Is there anything else that I need to send over. Please advise. Appreciate all your help.

Didnt get the card and need to pay the whole process again?

I am an LPR and had to file again the I75i to remove the conditions of a permanent resident. October 8 I received a letter from the USCIS congratulating me saying that my application has been approved and should be receiving the card within 60 days. Thinking that it is after two months, I called December 10. The customer service said that they already delivered it October 11, 2011. I even got an email from the USCIS complaint case center that for the lost/replacement card I need to file the I-90 and theres a fee which costs $450! what the heck! I didnt even see the card! geezzz...

Do you have any experience on this? I dont wanna pay the $450 because I didnt lost it and i need to travel to the philippines by march..this is a real chaos..please advice
