I had filed Form I-751 in June and got an appt for the biometrics exam in July but had to reschedule it.
Not received a new date yet. Just called USCIS and they put ina "service request" since the case is beyond normal processing time for the service center.
Anyone have similar experience? What should I expect now?
They gave me a confirmation number and said that if I don't get a response within 15 days I can call back with the confirmation number to check.
